Skills training

There are many different drills that improve certain players' attributes. There are various drills for each attribute group. For example, the attacking group has a drill called "Shooting technique" that improves Finishing and Shooting attributes.

Training process:

  1. Choosing the drill

  2. Select up to 5 players

  3. Start training

  4. Training ends

After the training ends, the user can check whether a player improved and by how much. Also, all players' condition (fitness) levels will go down.

How much a player will improve is determined by:

  • Work habits attribute

  • Current attribute levels impacted by the drill

  • Player's age

  • The current fitness level of the player

How much the player's fitness level will go down is determined by:

  • Stamina attribute

  • How hard a particular drill is

Personal training

In addition to the drills, managers could hire personal trainers to improve only a selected group of attributes or a single attribute.
